Can I make renovations my home?
Yes, however all outside renovations must be approved by the board.

How do I get my home on the for sale /rent list?
Home owners can list their homes for sale or rent on this
website
at no charge.
First you'll need to logon to this website, then click on Homes
for sale or rent
and you'll be able to list it.

Is the clubhouse available for private party's?
Yes it is. All residents here at Casa Manana can rent
the clubhouse for special events. For a refundable
deposit of $100.00. As long as it's been cleaned up
after your event.

Postal service
We have postal delivery to each home 6 days a week, letters can also be mailed from each mailbox

RV Parking
No overnight RV parking is permitted on the street. All RV parking must be on the homeowners property. Please check with the board for more details on this.

What about trash and recycle collection?
Garbage pickup is every Monday & Recycle pickup is Thursdays.

What is our Pet policy?
We have a limit of 2 dogs per household, aways keep
pets on a leash and pick up after them.

When are the board meeting and can I attend?
Meetings are every 2nd Monday of the month (except in the summer months) the meetings are for homeowners only.

You should use our website, be specific and your message will be passed on to the appropriate person for action.

Do I need to notify the board if I plan to rent?
Yes, all residents renting or owning must contact
the board for approval and copies of the CC&R.
All residents must be 55+. You will have to provide
a copy of a driver's license or some kind of proof of age.

If I'm renting can I get involved in organizing function?
Yes, help in organizing functions and helping out
is always welcome.

Can visitors use the (pool) facilities?
Yes, however they must be accompanied by the homeowner, children pool times are 10am-noon and 5-7 pm no one under 18 in the spa.
